Supsangdao Resort operates only 9 villas, ensuring a low guest density and high privacy. Each One-Bedroom Villa includes a private balcony, a large bathtub, a DVD player, and cable TV. The villa interiors are set within tropical greenery, with air conditioning and a safety deposit box provided.

The on-site restaurant serves both Thai and European menus, with a breakfast buffet that includes fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order eggs. Guests can choose from omelettes, scrambled eggs, and Thai dishes during breakfast hours. The property does not accept credit or debit cards, so cash payment is required on arrival.

The resort is 3 km from Noppharat Thara and Ao Nang beaches, with a free shuttle service running three times daily to these areas. Krabi Airport is 30 km away, and private airport transfers can be arranged. A 10-minute walk reaches local restaurants, bars, and a 7-Eleven convenience store.

The dedicated tour desk arranges island trips within the Marine National Park, including visits to surrounding islands. Motorbike and car rental services are available directly through the resort, alongside valet parking and laundry service. Guests can also use the free private parking on site.
